Terms and ordering

Orders placed during the pre-order phase are requests until Nancy's Castalla confirms availability, final amount and collection or delivery arrangements.

Prices include applicable IVA. Availability may change before confirmation. Delivery is offered when route and timing allow and may require the configured minimum order and delivery fee.

Payment is arranged after confirmation by Bizum, bank transfer or cash, as agreed. Perishable and frozen products must be collected or received at the agreed time.
